If you provide your own designs, they will be treated "as-is". All cards will have a 1/16 inch (0.125) margin of variance for cutting. It is recommended that you avoid straight edges in your design that are near the cut line for your cards. Spiderfly Studios is not liable for any copyright issues in the designs customers provide or request as part of a custom design. Did you already receive your cards? Have your own designs? – Simply upload your print ready designs and we will get them professionally printed on your choice of card stock. If you have a design, but need us to make them print ready, there is a small $15 design fee.
Need a custom design? – Our Pixel Perfect Professionals will put together a creative new design for you that will be sure to impress. Upon purchase, a representative will work with you to perfect the design.
Custom Luster cards are printed on premium 16pt stock and are fully laminated with a durable, high quality gloss for a lasting look. These are great for on the go vendors.

Spiderfly Studios does not print any products directly. As all of our printed product listings are on-demand, they will not be printed until payment has been processed. Once the artwork and/or mockups are approved by the customer, the items are sent to print and are no longer eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy will fall within the return policy of the printer used, which varies by product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Unless otherwise specified, Spiderfly Studios will receive all printed orders for a final quality assurance check before being delivered to the customer. Should we find an error with the printed product, we will notify you of the issue and contact the printer for a rush re-print. Should an order be directly delivered by the printer and an error is found, we request that you send us an HD photo of each issue found within 48 hours of delivery. Spiderfly Studios will contact the printer and diligently negotiate a resolution.
