If you provide your own designs, they will be treated "as-is". All cards will have a 1/16 inch (0.125) margin of variance for cutting. It is recommended that you avoid straight edges in your design that are near the cut line for your cards. Spiderfly Studios is not liable for any copyright issues in the designs customers provide or request as part of a custom design. Did you already receive your cards? Custom Business Cards – Foil Stamped

These are an elite offering of business cards. Printed on a premium 16pt stock and then they are silk laminated for a durable, soft finish with your choice of gold, silver or copper foil stamping. Optionally you can enhance your design with a subtle spot UV. **NOTE – Foil stamping and Spot UV only available on quantities of 500 or more.
It is important to note that if you are providing your own design files, you must include a mask version for each side of your Foil Stamped and Spot UV cards. What is a mask version? This is a black and white version of your front and back designs where all of the areas of your design in which you would like to have the glossy finish or foil stamping are black. If you need further help with this, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Are you a business professional looking for a high-end business card option? Our new premium business card offering gives you the options you’re looking for. Printed on 16pt card stock that has been silk laminated that creates a pleasing tactile finish to the cards. Foil stamp options include Gold, Silver and Copper. Optionally you can include spot UV and foil stamping to your design that will only make your new premium business cards stand out more.

Spiderfly Studios does not print any products directly. As all of our printed product listings are on-demand, they will not be printed until payment has been processed. Once the artwork and/or mockups are approved by the customer, the items are sent to print and are no longer eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy will fall within the return policy of the printer used, which varies by product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Unless otherwise specified, Spiderfly Studios will receive all printed orders for a final quality assurance check before being delivered to the customer. Should we find an error with the printed product, we will notify you of the issue and contact the printer for a rush re-print. Should an order be directly delivered by the printer and an error is found, we request that you send us an HD photo of each issue found within 48 hours of delivery. Spiderfly Studios will contact the printer and diligently negotiate a resolution.
